Nattokinase: Nattokinase, an enzyme produced by Bacillus subtilis var. natto during soybean fermentation, was studied for its effect on spike proteins. Results indicated Nattokinase's ability to degrade spike proteins, potentially hindering virus-cell interaction and aiding post-infection spike protein elimination.

Chondrus Crispus: Chondrus Crispus, or Irish Moss, is a red seaweed containing iota-carrageenan. Research revealed iota-carrageenan's ability to prevent SARS-CoV-2 from entering cells and its past efficacy against respiratory viruses.
