This intensive Microdosing Coaching program is for those who are done with short-term fixes. For those who know it’s time for a next chapter. With more clarity, confidence, alignment and purpose.

In this program, microdosing acts as a natural catalyst for your personal process, combined with ACT therapy, Voice Dialogue, mindfulness, and tailored integration assignments. You’ll receive professional support that is both gentle and sharp, deeply intuitive and practically grounded.

Where the DEEP program is a reset, the Intensive is a complete inner reprogramming.

What does the Intensive program include?

Over the course of 5 to 8 months (depending on your pace):

  • we go through 10 coaching sessions, fully tailored to your process,
  • we work layer by layer on what arises (burnout, anxiety, trauma, relationships, life direction),
  • your microdosing protocol and products are fine-tuned as you grow,
  • you receive meditations, exercises and extra tools between sessions,
  • your integration plan deepens and evolves with your transformation,
  • we create space for inner child work, shadow integration and spiritual meaning.

  • Duration: 5 to 8 months of guided support
  • Sessions: 10 coaching sessions: the first 90 minutes, the others 60 minutes (online or in-person in Amsterdam)
  • Includes: intake form, worksheets, online journal, meditations, personal integration plan
  • Cost: €1.155 (excluding microdosing products, ranging from €9.95 to €77.95)
  • Payment: in advance or in installments (on request)
