What is Microdosing?
"The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new."What is Microdosing?
Microdosing is the practice of taking small (micro) amounts of psychedelics over a period of several weeks. You can microdose with practically all psychedelics; hallucinogenic truffles and mushrooms, the Peyote and San Pedro cacti, LSD, ayahuasca and even cannabis. This way, you can benefit from the medicinal and therapeutic properties without getting ‘high’. The effect is very subtle. You won’t hallucinate and can go about your day as usual; going to work, taking care of your children, or exercising. Microdosing will even make it easier.
A microdosing journey typically lasts 4 to 10 weeks, during which, depending on the method, you take a small dose of the psychedelic one or more days per week.
You remain in full control and authority. The real magic happens within and ultimately in how you show up in the world!
Why are people called to microdosing?
There are three main reasons why people feel called to start microdosing.

As Medicine or Therapeutic Tool
Microdosing can uplift your mood, create more inner space, and support the healing of mental challenges such as
depression, addiction, PTSD, OCD, burnout,
PMS, cluster headaches, and ADHD.
It’s sometimes used alongside or as a replacement for conventional medication, such as antidepressants or Ritalin. For these conditions, I recommend guided support. Explore the traffic light system to discover what suits your unique situation.

As a Catalyst for Personal Growth
Microdosing helps you break through persistent patterns, such as crossing your own boundaries, people-pleasing, or struggling to say no.
You begin to live with greater awareness, guided more by feeling than by habit or autopilot.
It brings clarity and supports more conscious action, both in your personal life and professional path.
Microdosing acts as a natural accelerator: it helps you move through inner processes more swiftly than coaching or therapy alone.
For Positive Shifts in Daily Life
Microdosing can also enhance your daily functioning by bringing more flow and creativity. You may experience more calmness in the mind, sharper focus, and greater openness to new perspectives.
Common effects include:
- Increased creativity and inspiration
 - Improved concentration and productivity
 - Enhanced problem-solving capacity
 - More energy, balance, and a natural connection to life

Which substances are used for microdosing?
Depending on your intention and preference, we’ll choose the substance that aligns with you. The most commonly used substances are:
Psilocybin from magic mushrooms or truffles; legal in most European Countries
Caapi; the non-hallucinogenic base of ayahuasca
1P-LSD; a legal analogue of LSD
Amanita: the red-and-white mushroom
Microdosing is often combined with medicinal mushrooms such as Lion’s Mane,
Reishi, Chaga, Cordyceps and Turkey Tail.
How do psychedelics work?
Simply put, most psychedelics are anatomically and functionally similar to serotonin, the “happiness hormone.” They activate serotonin receptors in the brain and temporarily increase serotonin activity, sometimes even to euphoric levels, making you feel deeply uplifted.
At the same time, they reduce the activity of the default mode network — a set of interconnected brain regions involved in self-reflection and thought processes. This is where the ego resides, the sense of self, the structure you identify with. Interestingly, this network tends to be overactive in people experiencing depression, OCD, eating disorders, addiction, or those who are constantly ‘in their heads.’ By quieting this part of the brain, you experience more mental spaciousness. Other areas of the brain, which were previously harder to access, begin to open up. Things become clearer. The mental fog begins to lift. And where it once felt impossible to shift deeply ingrained thought patterns or behaviors, you may suddenly find that positive thinking and new ways of acting come with surprising ease.
Psychedelics also reduce blood flow to the hypothalamus, the brain region that regulates our hormones and plays a key role in mood and stress levels. As a result, things tend to affect you much less; there’s more space between you and the trigger.
Brain scans show that under the influence of psychedelics, different regions of the brain begin to collaborate more effectively. New and alternative neural pathways are activated. This may explain why memories, emotions, and thoughts that are usually out of reach can suddenly rise to the surface. It can feel as if a hidden doorway opens to information that was previously inaccessible. This is one of the reasons why psychedelics can be so powerful when you’re seeking transformation — they can help spark new behavior. The moment you act differently than usual, you create new neural connections.
The more often you do this, the more automatic the new behavior becomes, as these connections are strengthened over time. Psychedelics offer that extra support to help facilitate these new pathways. And a coach can walk alongside you, helping you revisit these inner trails until they become your new, embodied normal.

Faster results
You’ll find your sweet spot sooner and avoid wasting weeks or even months using doses that are too high or too low or following the wrong protocols.
Embodied integration
You’ll learn to understand and interpret the insights that arise during microdosing, and translate them into tangible actions, so it’s not just awareness you gain, but real, lasting transformation.
A safer process
You’’ll be working with hallucinogens. With guidance, you can be sure that you’re microdosing safely, every single day. At work, during your studies, at home, even while caring for your children. Without tripping. Without unwanted side effects.
With me, you also have a steady and safe foundation to lean on when things get intense. I’ll support you in navigating any emotional waves or old pain that may surfaces. So you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Greater awareness of patterns and limiting beliefs
You’ll start to recognize the inner narratives that keep you small and more easily interrupt them. With microdosing and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), you’ll receive step-by-step support in shifting patterns like people-pleasing, overgiving, or self-sacrificing.
More chance of lasting transformation
The insights don’t stay abstract or fleeting, they become embodied. You’ll integrate them into your choices, habits, and relationships, allowing real change to take root and stay.
Trust and connection
Working on yourself can sometimes feel lonely. With guidance, you feel held. In a space of deep listening, honesty, and presence. You receive honest reflections from an experienced coach and therapist, and learn to meet yourself with softness and compassion along the way.
